5. AI Voice Agents
If you subscribe to our AI Voice Agent services (Sales Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Bundle plans), please be aware of the following:
- Call Recording & Transcription: AI voice calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and reporting. Your customers who interact with your voice agent should be informed of recording via applicable call disclosure laws (e.g., a verbal disclosure at the start of each call).
- Compliance Responsibility: You, as the business owner deploying the voice agent, are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable two-party consent recording laws.
- Data Processed by ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis is powered by ElevenLabs. Call audio data may be processed on ElevenLabs infrastructure. Please review the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy for details.
- Minute Limits: Call usage is tracked against your plan's monthly minute allotment. Metadata about call volume and duration is collected for billing and reporting purposes.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations:
- Active client data is retained for the duration of your engagement plus 3 years after termination
- Billing and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements
