2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties — ever.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We work with vetted third-party vendors who assist in operating our business, including:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for billing
  • Email and CRM platforms for client communications
  • Analytics providers for website performance tracking
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers

These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose other than providing services to us.

3.2 AI & Voice Platform Partners

Our AI voice agent services are powered by ElevenLabs and may use other leading AI platforms. When you subscribe to voice agent services, certain interaction data (call transcripts, voice recordings) may be processed by those platforms. Please review their respective privacy policies for details.

3.3 Business Transfers

If ThriveManagement.ai is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

3.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ThriveManagement.ai, our clients, or the public.

4. AI Services & Third-Party Tools

Our coaching and strategy services are enhanced by artificial intelligence tools including but not limited to OpenAI, Google AI, and other leading AI platforms. When we use these tools to assist in generating recommendations, strategies, or content on your behalf:

  • We anonymize or de-identify your data before inputting it into AI tools whenever possible
  • We do not submit your personal financial records, employee data, or trade secrets to consumer-grade AI applications
  • AI-generated recommendations are reviewed and validated by our team before delivery to you
  • You retain ownership of all strategies, plans, and materials we deliver to you as part of your engagement
AI tools may occasionally produce inaccurate results. All AI-assisted outputs are advisory in nature. ThriveManagement.ai does not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI implementation.

5. AI Voice Agents

If you subscribe to our AI Voice Agent services (Sales Agent, Customer Service Agent, or Bundle plans), please be aware of the following:

  • Call Recording & Transcription: AI voice calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, training, and reporting. Your customers who interact with your voice agent should be informed of recording via applicable call disclosure laws (e.g., a verbal disclosure at the start of each call).
  • Compliance Responsibility: You, as the business owner deploying the voice agent, are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable two-party consent recording laws.
  • Data Processed by ElevenLabs: Voice synthesis is powered by ElevenLabs. Call audio data may be processed on ElevenLabs infrastructure. Please review the ElevenLabs Privacy Policy for details.
  • Minute Limits: Call usage is tracked against your plan's monthly minute allotment. Metadata about call volume and duration is collected for billing and reporting purposes.
